Teams

Everyone in their own Claude. Everyone on the same records.

Each person works from their own Claude. Munshee keeps one set of records underneath, with your rules for who sees what.

What a day looks like.

  • Sara, in her Claude

Moved Acme to Negotiating. They want annual billing.

    Deal updated · note added

  • Sam, in his Claude

Give me a task to send Acme the revised quote by Friday.

Task created · assigned to Sam

  • You, in your Claude

    What happened on Acme today?

Sara moved the deal to Negotiating and noted they want annual billing. Sam is sending the revised quote by Friday.

Your team.

  • Invite by email

Admins invite teammates from the Munshee web app. Each person starts with edit or view-only access, and Transactions always starts view-only.

  • Owner, admins and members

Admins manage the team and shape your systems. Members work in the records. Only the owner can make someone an admin.

  • Everyone in their own Claude

Each person connects their own Claude. It reaches only what that person is allowed to see.

  • Pause or remove anyone

Pause someone and their work stays where it is. Remove them and their access ends on their very next request.

  • Password resets

An admin can send a teammate a password reset. The link goes to the teammate’s email, never to the admin.

  • In more than one business?

Switch between workspaces in the web app. If it’s unclear which one you mean, Claude asks.

Who sees what.

Set in the Munshee web app, one system at a time.

  • Private, everyone, or picked people

Keep a system to yourself, share it with the whole team, or pick exactly who gets it.

  • View or edit, per person

Each person can view or edit. People with view-only access can’t change or delete anything there.

  • Hidden means hidden

People without access don’t see the system at all. Not its records, not its fields, not in search.

  • Claude sees what they see

A teammate’s Claude follows the same rules as the teammate. Never more.

Clients as guests. Free.

Bring in a client or contractor for just the work you share with them.

  • Invite from the chat

Ask Claude to invite a client or contractor, or do it in the web app. Only admins can.

  • Only their client or project

A guest sees only the clients or projects you tie them to, and the work linked to those. Nothing beyond that.

  • You choose what’s visible

For each system, show them everything in their area, or only the records you mark as shared.

  • They can pitch in

If you allow it, guests can add and edit tasks, documents and conversations. The client or project itself stays read-only.

  • Never your money

Guests never see Transactions, reports, search, activity or history.

  • Free, up to 20

Guests don’t count as people on your plan. Each one uses their own Claude, limited to their area.

Working together.

  • Assign by name

“Give it to Sam.” “What’s on my plate?” Claude matches the name to a real teammate, and asks when it isn’t sure. Customers and projects can have an account owner too.

  • Claim without collisions

If two people claim the same task at the same moment, one gets it and the other is told.

  • No double entries

If a teammate already added the same customer, project or task, Claude shows it to you before making another.

  • Lock what you’re working on

Lock a record and only you can change it until you unlock it. The owner can unlock it too.

  • See who did what

Every change shows who made it, and whether they did it themselves or through Claude. Notes carry their author’s name.

  • Ask what happened

“What did Sara do today?” Claude can pull the activity for a person, a system or a day.
