Business software that doesn’t tell you how to work
Munshee is the system of record for businesses that run on Claude. Describe how you work, and Claude builds the systems for it, then runs them with you in every chat.

Most business apps “work” with Claude. None of them change how you work.
The apps you pay for added connectors. Claude can read a record and move it along. But need a new field, a new stage or a whole new kind of record? Or a quick way to undo what Claude just did? Back to the app you go.
And you’re still paying for screens you’ve stopped opening.
Munshee is the system of record your business runs on, built for Claude instead of for screens. Claude builds it, changes it and runs it with you. No new app to open. You keep working in Claude, the way you already do.
Business software, minus the software
Take away the screens, and every business app comes down to the same two things. The records your business depends on, and the rules that connect them. Munshee holds both, in systems that Claude builds and runs with you.
Who you work with
Your customers, the companies they’re at, and everyone else you deal with.
What you’re working on
Deals in the works, projects underway, and the tasks that keep them moving.
What was said and decided
Calls, chats, notes and files, kept with the people and work they’re about.
Anything else your business runs on
If it runs on a spreadsheet today, it can run here. Describe it to Claude, and the system is built with its own fields and links to everything else.
Tell Claude Acme signed, start the project,
and the deal is closed, the project is opened and the first tasks are assigned.
When a system needs to change, you ask Claude.
There are no settings pages and no feature requests. Claude makes the change while you keep working, and everything you saved stays where it was.
You: “Add a Referred by field to customers.”
Claude: Field added. It shows on every customer from now on.
You: “Add a deal stage called Contract sent.”
Claude: Stage added to your pipeline.
You: “Make a system for equipment, with serial number and next service date.”
Claude: Here’s the shape I’d build. Want me to create it?
Claude does only what you allow.
You decide what Claude can do in each system, down to a single field. Every change is recorded, and deleted records can be restored for 30 days.
What Claude can do
Read, Write or Ask first, for each system and each field. Only people can change these settings. Claude has no way to change them.
A way back
Every change to a record is saved in its history. Deleted records stay in the Trash for 30 days unless an owner or admin empties it sooner.

For teams
Everyone in their own Claude.
Everyone on the same records.
Each person works from their own Claude, and Munshee keeps one set of records underneath. Nobody works from an old copy or a pasted summary.
Sara, in her Claude
Moved Acme to Negotiating. They want annual billing.
Deal updated · note added
Sam, in his Claude
Give me a task to send Acme the revised quote by Friday.
Task created · assigned to Sam
You, in your Claude
What happened on Acme today?
Sara moved the deal to Negotiating and noted they want annual billing. Sam is sending the revised quote by Friday.
Everyone in their own Claude
Each person uses their own Claude, and it only reaches what they’re allowed to see.
You decide who sees what
Within your team, keep a system private to the owner, share it with everyone, or pick people. View or edit, per person.
Clients as guests
Bring in a client or contractor for just the work you share with them. Guests never see your money.
Working together
Assign and claim work, lock what you’re editing, and see who changed what.
Good to know before you start
Munshee works inside Claude. The web app is small on purpose: it’s for looking things up, not for doing the work.
