Munshee writes to records you depend on. Here’s what Claude can and can’t do, and how you get things back.
Choose what Claude can do.
Set each system, and each field in it, to Read, Write or Ask first. You change these settings yourself. Claude isn’t given a way to.

Change history
Every edit is recorded, with who made it and when, including Claude’s. Restore any record to an earlier version.
A 30-day Trash
Deleted records wait in the Trash for 30 days. Restore them any time before then.
Ask before deleting
Turn it on for any system, and Claude checks with you before it deletes anything there.
What Munshee won’t do.
Move money
Munshee keeps records of invoices and payments. It can’t charge a card or move money.
Train AI on your records
Munshee never uses your records to train AI models.
Mix your workspace with anyone else’s
Each workspace is walled off in the database. Claude works in one workspace at a time, and asks if it’s unclear which.
Share without asking
Before Claude invites a guest or shares records, it shows you what’s changing and waits for your OK.

Each teammate uses their own sign-in and their own Claude, so every change shows who made it.
Choose who sees each system
Keep a system private, share it with everyone, or pick the teammates who can see or edit it.
Guests see only what you share
Bring in a client or contractor and choose exactly what they can see.
