Cancel online in the Munshee app, under Settings → Plan & billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. Prices in US dollars, plus any tax.

Questions about price.
Do I need a paid Claude plan?
No. Munshee works with any Claude plan, including the free one, which lets you add one custom connector. Your Munshee plan covers Munshee; Claude’s own usage stays on your Claude plan.
Is there a free trial?
No. Instead, if Munshee isn’t right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email hello@themunshee.com within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund that payment in full. If your price ever changes, the same 14 days apply to your first payment at the new price.
How do I cancel?
Online, any time, in the Munshee app under Settings → Plan & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and doesn’t renew after that.
Will my price go up?
Not while you stay subscribed. Launch pricing is yours to keep: if our prices change later, they apply to new subscribers, not to you. If you cancel and come back later, the prices at that time apply.
What does an extra person cost?
Team is $20 a month for up to 5 people. Each person after that is $4 a month, billed from the day they join. A Team workspace can have up to 50 people, and suspended members still count. Guests, like clients or contractors you share records with, are free and never count. Guests need the Team plan.
Are there usage fees?
No. Your price is the same however much you use Munshee, and every plan includes every system. Claude’s own usage stays on your Claude plan.
What happens to early-access workspaces?
Workspaces that joined during early access get 3 months free from launch day. Add a card during those months and nothing is charged until they end. If you haven’t chosen a plan by then, Claude’s access to your workspace pauses until you do. Your records are kept.
